The Distinguished Alumnus Award is the highest honor bestowed upon a former student of Texas A&M University. The award, jointly sponsored by The Association of Former Students and Texas A&M, recognizes those former students who have made significant contributions to society and whose accomplishments and careers have brought honor and distinction to Texas A&M and The Association of Former Students.

About the Gala

Beginning in 2004, The Association of Former Students and Texas A&M University have annually honored all the Distinguished Alumni during the Distinguished Alumni Gala. This prestigious black-tie dinner and celebration has become one of the most anticipated events on our campus, bringing together former students, current students and friends of Texas A&M.

This premier event will feature entertainment, an exquisite menu, Aggie camaraderie and most importantly, the honoring of the 2025 recipients of the Distinguished Alumnus Award, which is the highest award bestowed upon a former student of Texas A&M University.

Tables & Tickets

Excellence*

$20,000

  • Premier placement of table for ten (10) at the Distinguished Alumni Gala.**
  • Two (2) hour customizable golf cart tour of the Texas A&M campus for up to four (4) individuals on a mutually agreed upon date during the spring semester of 2026. The deadline to identify a date is Friday, Jan. 30, 2026.
  • Two (2) pre-game sideline passes to a mutually agreed upon Texas A&M home football game at Kyle Field during the 2025 season. The deadline to identify a game is Friday, Aug. 22, 2025.
  • Access to The Association’s suite in Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park for one (1) mutually agreed upon non-conference game during the 2026 baseball season. Three (3) dates will be available for the sponsor to select from, and the deadline to identify a date is Friday, Dec. 12, 2025. Ten (10) seats and one (1) reserved parking space are available. A table purchaser must be present in the suite when utilized.
  • Two (2) VIP Midnight Yell Field Passes on Friday, Oct. 3, 2025, immediately following the 2025 Distinguished Alumni Gala.
  • Two (2) premier parking spaces reserved the night of the 2025 Distinguished Alumni Gala.
  • Logo/name recognition on AggieNetwork.com.
  • Logo/name screen presence and verbal recognition during the Distinguished Alumni Gala.
  • Logo/name recognition and special message in the printed Distinguished Alumni Gala program.

Selfless Service Individual Ticket

  • Placement for one (1) at the Distinguished Alumni Gala. We are unable to guarantee seating together for groups with individual tickets.

Program Recognition & Dedication Pages

Starting at $500

  • Purchase a half, full or two-page recognition and dedication page in the printed Distinguished Alumni Gala dinner program.
  • * Only one (1) set of sponsorship benefits are provided per table regardless of the number of purchasers. If multiple individuals purchase a table, it is the purchasers’ responsibility to determine how the various benefits are distributed amongst the group. Transportation is not included for any sponsorship benefits.
  • ** Priority of table placement will be based on sponsorship levels.

Cancellation Policy

  • Registration deadline is Friday, August 15, 2025, or once maximum capacity is reached. Transfer of table and ticket purchases are permitted until this time.
  • Before Friday, August 15, 2025 - 100% refund
  • Friday, August 15, 2025, until Friday, August 29, 2025 - 50% refund
  • After Friday, August 29, 2025 - We are unable to provide a refund
