Family and friends of Distinguished Alumni have the opportunity to purchase space in the Distinguished Alumni Gala dinner program for a half, full or two-page recognition page as an additional way to express congratulations to current year honorees.
You may provide your own artwork or work with The Association of Former Students’ team to create a design.
How do I get started?
After purchasing a recognition page through our registration page, a member of our team will reach out with next steps and additional information. Please review the details below regarding both submitting your own artwork and working with The Association to create a custom design.

A member of our team will work with you to decide a preferred layout. We will need all content you wish to include (photos, wording, logos, etc.) by Friday, July 31. Once our team has created your page, you will have the opportunity to request one round of edits.
I want to design my own artwork.
Below are the design specifications and parameters you will need to follow. Final artwork should be submitted with all supporting files by Friday, July 31 to Gala@AggieNetwork.com.

Artwork Specifications
.375" Gutter
Allow a .375" gutter on all spreads to prevent important information from being lost in the seam of the publication.
.125" Bleed
File sizes should extend .125" beyond the edge of the page anywhere artwork or color reaches the trim edge.
Final Trimmed Ad Size
After printing, the bleed area will be trimmed to the final ad size, allowing artwork to extend fully to the edge of the page.
.1875" Margin
All important text and design elements should remain within the live area created by the margins. Content placed too close to the edge may be cut off during the printing and trimming process.
Acceptable File Types
Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat PDF, EPS, TIFF, PSD and AI
Artwork Submission Information
You may provide your own artwork, or The Association can provide a template. Please submit all artwork and supporting files, including logos, graphic images and screen or printer fonts. All files must be black and white or greyscale. Greyscale images must be high resolution (minimum 300 dpi). Please contact us for additional submission instructions.
Collegiate Licensing
Advertisers certify that any artwork containing registered trademarks of Texas A&M University has been approved by the Texas A&M Collegiate Licensing Office. For more information, please contact the Collegiate Licensing Office at 979-845-4621 or visit trademarks.tamu.edu.
Artwork Approval
The Association of Former Students reserves the right to edit or refuse artwork to ensure communication standards remain consistent throughout the printed program. Any requested edits or changes will be shared with the purchaser for final approval.

The deadline to submit artwork or content is Friday, July 31, 2026.
Cancellation Policy
On or before Friday, July 31, 2026 – 100% refund
Saturday, Aug. 1, 2026, through Friday, Aug. 7, 2026 – 50% refund
On or after Saturday, Aug. 8, 2026 – No refunds available
