As a hospitality trainer, leadership coach, and keynote speaker he brings enthusiasm, interactivity and an operational mindset to his speaking engagements and training programs, developed over 20 years working in luxury hospitality.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Chris held positions with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts across the US for 11 years, including Director of Food & Beverage at the Sports Club in Las Colinas, TX and the Four Seasons Hotel in Denver, CO. After founding TriCord Consulting LLC in 2018, he has facilitated trainings across the U.S., Canada, and Caribbean, for over 100 Private Clubs and luxury hotels brands, as well as dozens of pharmaceutical companies. Chris’s coaching education is from the Co-Active Training Institute, where he continues to invest in developing his own skills while remaining curious. Chris earned his BS in Recreation, Parks & Tourism Sciences from Texas A&M University and is a proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2001. During his time at Texas A&M University, he was a Member of Company K-2 and served as the Executive Officer during his senior year. In addition, Chris loved engaging with fellow Aggies, which led him to becoming a Fish Camp Counselor, joining Howdy Ags, and serving on Muster Committee in 2002. In March of 2025, Chris was the inaugural recipient of Texas A&M University, College of Hospitality & Hotel Management’s Hospitality Excellence Award.

Originally from Brooklyn, NY, he now lives in Castle Rock, CO with his wife Jen and daughter Emma, where he enjoys running, rock climbing and summiting Colorado’s 57 incredible fourteen-thousand-foot peaks, known as 14ers.
