“In this ceremony we honor the memories of fellow A&M men and women whose death prevents their answering Roll Call at this annual Muster. The Roll is a symbolic Roll Call of all students and former students whom death has taken from our ranks, but whose memory lives on in our hearts. As each name is called, a comrade will answer: Here!”

Featured Speaker: Dr. R. Bowen Loftin ’71, President Emeritus – Texas A&M University

Doors Open: 5:30 p.m.

Social Hour: 6:00-7:00 p.m.

Ceremony: 7:00-8:00 p.m.

This event is free and all are welcome. While an RSVP is not required, if you plan to attend, it would help with our planning purposes if you could register on the Houston A&M Club website. If you cannot attend, but would like to make a Muster Memorial Gift, there is an option for that as well on the website.

If you would like to volunteer at Muster or want to confirm that your loved one is on the list of those being remembered, please email hamcaggiemuster@gmail.com.

Dr. R. Bowen Loftin ’71, President Emeritus – Texas A&M University

My entire career has been in higher education and a love for students was the motivation for this career and the reason I still engage with students at every opportunity. I have had the immense pleasure of serving two Texas A&M University campuses—Texas A&M University at Galveston (2005-2009) and Texas A&M University (2009-2014) as their leader. Working with thousands of Aggies (students, former students, faculty, staff and administrators) and other university supporters (for example, Aggie Moms) has been a privilege for which I will be ever grateful. Thanks and gig ’em!
