Howdy Ags,

Plan on joining us for Muster at 6:00 pm on Monday April 22nd in the Mills County State Bank Community Room in Goldthwaite.

Muster is for Aggies, friends of Texas A&M and prospective students!

We will precede the Muster Ceremony with a potluck meal.  Please be sure and bring your favorite dish to share!

I am excited and looking forward to hearing  this years Muster Speaker, Dr. Glenn Rogers, DVM, MS, DABVP.  Dr. Rogers is the owner and operator of Holt River Ranch, near Graford Texas.  He operates a heifer development business and several other ranch related enterprises.  Glenn is passionate about ranching and ranch management.  In 2017, he received the Conservation Rancher of the year award for the State of Texas.  Glenn, for eleven years operated a rural veterinary clinic.  He received a Masters from Kansas State in 1993, focusing on Beef Production Medicine. Subsequently he was on the faculty of North Carolina State as tenured professor in Ruminant Production Medicine. He followed up academia with 12 years as a technical veterinarian for Pfizer Animal Health.  Glenn is currently serving as President of the American Association of Bovine Practioners.  One of Glenn’s other greater passions is Texas A&M - where he is a frequent visitor and speaker at the College of Veterinary Medicine and other ranching and beef cattle related events. Glenn’s son Ben is class of 2020 and majoring in Genetics.

As a undergraduate Glenn was a member of the Fightin Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets, a Ross Volunteer and Commander of Squadron 12!

We look forward to seeing you a this years Mills County Aggie Muster.
