Howdy Aggies! We've begun the planning for Swiss Ol' Army Aggie Muster 2015. Here's our tentative itinerary thus far:
  • Arrival on the evening of Friday April 17th.
    • See you at Hooters at 8pm! They stay open later than the other places in Interlaken
  • Saturday April 18th, we all take the 10:05am train from Interlaken Ost to the Jungfraujoch. (This means you can come in on Saturday morning as well, meet at 9:45 at Interlaken Ost train station so we can get tickets)
    • It's a 2 hour 17 minute journey which will put us up top of the Jungfraujoch at 12:22pm.
    • We will hold our Muster around 12:45 just after we arrive
    • We'll look to have a light lunch up top afterward our Muster ceremony.
    • We'll tour around the top and see the ice palace and take the 16:40 train back to Interlaken Ost (arriving 18:54). Also means you can depart on Saturday if you need to.
    • We'll make a reservation for dinner at Restaurant Krebs at 8:00pm - we'll need a dinner headcount.
  • And on Sunday April 19th, for those interested, there is an English Church service at the Interlaken Reformed Church starting at 10:45am.

To Dos for Swiss Aggies - fairly urgent:

1.  Book your own hotel rooms in Interlaken ASAP. This is a ski resort area, and only a few rooms are left.

2.  Give us a count of Aggies coming up to the Jungfraujoch as we will try to block reserved seats on the train.

Call, email, What'sApp, Facebook or text with any questions or suggestions!
