Through research, a list of 90 Aggies known to be listed on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., has been compiled.

The list below was compiled by cross-referencing names on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial with Aggie names in the “Fallen Comrades in the Vietnam War Era" chapter of “The Book of Aggie Lists: Texas A&M University’s Military Heritage” by former Texas A&M Corps commandant Col. James R. Woodall ’50

Woodall's 2020 book lists the names of 202 Aggies "identified as having died in military service (combat and non-combat) during the Vietnam Era."

The list of known Aggies on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial is shorter because the memorial honors primarily those who died in combat or in a combat zone.

Visitors can look up names on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial at www.vvmf.org/Wall-of-Faces. The memorial's three-quarter-scale touring replica (known as The Wall That Heals) has the same names in the same locations as the D.C. memorial.
