Nominate a former student for these Texas A&M positions and honors!

• Distinguished Alumnus Award: Highest honor bestowed on a former student by A&M and Association. Nominations for 2023 opened in January 2022 and will close Aug. 31. tx.ag/DAnominations.
• 12 Under 12 Young Alumni Spotlight: Outstanding Ags who have graduated in the past 12 years. Nominations for 2022 opened in early 2021. AggieNetwork.com/12under12spotlight.

• Young Alumni Council: This group of over three dozen Aggies from the most recent 10 A&M Classes serves as volunteers helping The Association of Former Students. Applications typically open in summer for two-year terms. Applications closed July 31, 2021, for January 2022-December 2023 terms. AggieNetwork.com/ya/yaac.aspx
• Speaker at student-run campus Muster: Nominations are typically open for a brief window in the fall; watch the student Muster committee's website and social media for announcements. Nominations for the 2022 speaker were open Oct. 27-Nov. 12, 2021.
• Speakers at more than 300 local Musters: You can volunteer to speak at local Musters or other Aggie events! Add yourself to The Association's Speakers Bureau: AggieNetwork.com/speakersbureau
• Fish Camp namesakes (typically, each of more than 40 camps every summer has a namesake): Watch Fish Camp's website and social media in the fall to see when nominations will open and close. Nominations for Fish Camp 2022 were open Dec. 2-17, 2021.
• Aggie Transition Camps namesakes: Nominations for 2022 were open Sept. 22-26, 2021; watch the website for 2023 nominations. (Individuals who can attend the camp sessions in August or January are preferred.)
• Aggie 100: Fastest-growing Aggie-led businesses. All companies must be nominated, and the nomination period is year-round. Once a company is nominated, they fill out an application in May-June. aggie100.com
• Distinguished Aggie Lawyer Award from the Texas Aggie Bar Association: Nominations typically open in the fall and close in January; 2022 nominations will close Jan. 21, 2022. aggielaw.org/DistinguishedAggieLawyer
• Aggie Women Legacy Award: Honors Aggie women who have achieved excellence and impacted future Aggies. Nominations are open April 1-May 31. aggiewomen.org/legacy-award
• Aggie Impact Award: Honors former students and former A&M employees for professional achievement, service to community/society and service to Texas A&M's African-American community; given by the Black Former Student Network. Nominations are open June 1-Aug. 15. aggieimpactgala.org
• Texas A&M Parents of the Year: Note: Does NOT have to be a former student, but certainly can be; included here because of the honor's significance. Honored each year at Family Weekend.
