Director, Molecular Genetics at Scottish Rite for Children
Associate Professor, Eugene McDermott Center for Human Growth and Development, Orthopaedic Surgery, and Pediatrics at UT Southwestern Medical Center

Dr Jonathan Rios is Director of Molecular Genetics at Scottish Rite for Children and Associate Professor in the McDermott Center for Human Growth and Development and in the Departments of Pediatrics and Orthopaedic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW), and is a member of the UTSW Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center. He received is doctoral degree in Genetics from Texas A&M University in 2008, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at UTSW. 

The primary focus of Dr. Rios' laboratory is translational genomics, with interests in pediatric skeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
