We look forward to your presence at the East Tennessee A&M Club's annual Muster, our most cherished tradition.

2026's Muster Speaker will be US Army Major General (retired) David Rubenstein ‘77. General Rubenstein served at all levels of the Army Medical Department, spending 12 of his 35 Army years commanding brick-and-mortar and deployable health organizations. He now shares his leadership lessons as an invited public speaker.

He ended his Army career as its Deputy Surgeon General and then as Commanding General of the Army Medical Department Center and School. Concurrently, he was Chief of the Army Medical Service Corps. Among his recognitions are distinguished alumnus status at two universities, listing in six who’s who publications, and being twice included in Modern Healthcare’s list of the 100 most influential people in healthcare.

Among David’s professional credentials are being a board-certified healthcare executive who is Past Chairman of the Board of the American College of Healthcare Executives. David has organized and spoken at Musters in the United States and in Germany. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Texas A&M Association of Former Students and currently serves on the A&M President's Corps of Cadets Board of Visitors.
