CAMPUS MAP
While the campus of Texas A&M may have changed a lot from when you were a student here, the Spirit of Aggieland remains the same. Click here for a current map of the Texas A&M campus. The map displays all current buildings on campus, and has a search bar where you can find where a particular building is located. For information on on-your-own campus walking tours, visit tamu.edu/map/index and click "Tours."

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Complimentary self-parking is available around the Stella Hotel and valet parking for hotel guests is available for $10.

Parking for all activities held at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center is available in the Gene Stallings Blvd. Garage at an hourly rate. Parking in the garage is complimentary for those with reservations at the Texas A&M Hotel.

For Classmates participating in the golf outing, parking is available at the golf course. Please check in at the club house first to receive a parking permit.

Please note, due to ongoing Aggie Park construction, parking at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center will be unavailable during your Reunion weekend. For further information on visitor parking on campus, visit transport.tamu.edu/Parking/visitor.

ATTIRE
Your Reunion is going to be a fun, casual affair. For daytime activities, feel free to dress comfortably as you will be walking around campus. For Friday evening’s dinner and dance the attire is business casual. Be sure to check the weather forecast before making your way to College Station and pack accordingly.

ON-YOUR-OWN CAMPUS WALKING TOURS
As time allows, you may be interested in taking a self-guided walking tour of campus. The self-guided campus tours are included at the link below (click on the “Tours” tab). While they are presented as virtual tours on the map, the History and Traditions Walking tour and Bonfire Memorial tour can be done on-your-own in person and maps are available through the Visitor’s Center on campus. Virtual campus map can be found here.

On-your-own tours can also be taken of the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library. The Bush Library has agreed to a reduced fee for all Class of ’80 Reunion attendees of only $3/person. You will need to state that you are with the Class of ’80 Reunion. Walking the grounds outside the museum is free of charge. The Bush Library is open Thursday-Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Currently, however, the museum is closed to the public. For more information, visit here.

Additionally, the Memorial Student Center is open to the public and can be “toured” at anyone’s leisure. While in the MSC, check out the recent renovations and find the Class of ’80 pillar on the north hallway near the old hotel area.

We also encourage you to stop by and see the new Music Activities Center, the newly renovated Zachry Engineering Center, and the Bonfire Memorial.

Go by the Class of ’80 E. King Gill Statue in Rudder Plaza if you haven’t seen it. Great photo op!

SOCIALIZING AT THE STELLA HOTEL
During downtime, Classmates are encouraged to enjoy fellowship with one another around a fire pit at the hotel or over a game of dominoes. Additionally, in keeping with one of our traditions that began in 2000, the Head Bean (Mark Schmidt) will make an appearance. Rumor has it he will be cooking a superb pot of beans to be enjoyed by all of those playing dominoes or gathered at The Stella before and after the football game on Saturday. The Stella has given him a challenge that the beans must meet their expectations!

CLASS AGENT ELECTIONS
Class Agents serve as a liaison between their Class and The Association. This is the perfect opportunity to get involved as a former student, stay connected to the university and help lead your Class in supporting A&M. Elections are held in conjunction with your Reunions, so now is your chance!

Teams consist of two to five members of your Class and serve a five-year term. As a Class Agent you will serve on The Association of Former Students’ Leadership Council, which meets twice a year. The Association of Former Students provides orientation and resources to aid you in this role. Class Agents are responsible for keeping the Class informed through Newsletters, social media and emails, planning Class events and providing annual fund information to former students.

Currently, the team composed of Lu Harris, Bill Hyatt, Bill Jentsch, Ken Jones and Kari Moore Roush is seeking election.

Class Agent elections will be held at the Class Business Meeting during your Reunion. For more information visit tx.ag/ClassAgent, email Class@AggieNetwork.com or call (800) 633-7514. Please let the Class Programs Team know at least 7 days prior to your Reunion that your Class Programs Team would like to run to get your name on the ballot. Classmates must run as a team consisting of no less than two and no more than five individuals per team. All nominations must be received by the Reunion registration deadline of Oct. 1.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Association of Former Students has a fairly flexible cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your Reunion, or an event for which you have registered, please contact the Class Programs team (800-633-7514) no later than Oct. 1. Your payment will be refunded with the exception of a small handling fee. Registration changes after the final Oct. 10, deadline cannot be refunded as food orders will have been guaranteed.
