Reunion Block Football Tickets
*If you did not order tickets in our Reunion block prior to June 7, you may still order tickets online at www.12thmanfoundation.com or by contacting the ticket office at 1-888-99-AGGIE depending on ticket availability. Tell them that you are attending the game in conjunction with the Class of 2008 5 Year Reunion against Sam Houston State and they will work with you to get you as close to the block as possible.
The Association of Former Students is pleased to announce a Class block of seats for the Sam Houston State football game, during the weekend of your Reunion. The 12th Man Foundation Ticket Office is handling the ticket requests. The deadline to order guaranteed tickets in the Class Block was June 7, 2013. After the deadline, tickets will go on sale to the general public and will be available as long as tickets remain. Reunion block tickets may be be ordered now online through the 12th Man Foundation's website. The tickets are $60 plus $5 per ticket fee.
Tickets requests are set for Flash Seats delivery. Flash Seats replaced e-tickets and is a digital delivery service. A summary of how it works is explained below:
To enter the game, simply take the credit card you used to purchase the tickets (or your driver’s license if you’ve added it as an alternate ID by logging in at http://aggies.flashseats.com) and go directly to the entrance. The ticket attendants simply swipe the card and print your seat locators. You do not need to stop at a Will Call window. It’s safe, secure, and fast.
Actual printed tickets will be available by phone (888-99-AGGIE).
Attire
Your Reunion is going to be a fun, casual affair. As far as the weather, it could be hot or cold, dry or rainy—remember, it’s September in Aggieland, so it will most likely be pretty hot! So check the Weather Channel before you leave home, pack accordingly, and then still consider bringing the opposite of what they predicted!
Transportation/Maps/Parking
Transportation to all events is on your own. Things may have changed on campus since your last visit. For parking and/or campus maps visit theTransportation Services website. Game day parking is available at the West Campus Parking Garage next to the Rec Center. There is a $20 fee per vehicle to park in the West Campus Parking Garage on gamedays, but arrive early. Other garage spots and spaces may be available on campus. Be sure to check with Transporation Services for more information.
Transportation Services provides a FREE “Get to the Grid” game-day express shuttle from Post Oak Mall to Kyle Field. Beginning 2-1/2 hours prior to kick-off leaving from the Post Oak Mall-Sears parking lot and running for 1 hour after the game ends from Throckmorton Street on campus.
Class Agents
Class Agents serve as a liaison between their Class and The Association. This is the perfect opportunity to get involved as a former student, stay connected to the university and help lead your Class supporting A&M. Elections are held in conjunction with your Reunions, so now is your chance!
Teams consist of two to five members of your Class and serve a five-year term. As a Class Agent you will serve on The Association of Former Students’ Leadership Council, which meets twice a year. The Association of Former Students provides orientation and resources to aid you in this role. Class Agents are responsible for keeping the Class informed through newsletters, web sites and emails, planning Class events and providing annual fund information to former students.
Class Agent elections will be held after the Reunion, if needed. The actual election will be held online to allow Classmates not in attendance the chance to vote.
For more information go to http://tx.ag/ClassAgent, e-mail Class@AggieNetwork.com or call (800) 633-7514 at least 7 days prior to your Reunion to get your name on the ballot! All nominations must be received by the Reunion Registration Deadline.
