'Texas Aggie' magazine archive now online for all

The Association of Former Students August 11, 2026 10:28 AM updated: August 11, 2026 12:17 PM

More than 100 years of Texas Aggie magazines are now available online for all.

The Association of Former Students, which publishes Texas Aggie, has worked with the Texas A&M University Libraries Cushing Memorial Library & Archives for several years to digitize decades of historic paper copies, as Cushing has done with The Battalion and Texas A&M University’s yearbook.

Editor Cait Shields ’11 said this move shares rich history with the Aggie Network.

“From making the famous 1923 call for former students to attend Muster, to sharing inspiring stories of former students and countless demonstrations of Texas A&M’s excellence, Texas Aggie has told the story of Texas A&M and Texas Aggies,” she said. “We are thrilled that Cushing partnered with us so this trove of Aggie knowledge can be enjoyed for generations to come.”

The most recent two years of Texas Aggie magazine remain a benefit to donors of The Association and are accessible at tx.ag/Magazine. Prior issues dating back to 1921 are available at tx.ag/TexasAggieArchive.

“Donors have made it possible to tell the story of the Aggie Network for more than 100 years; thank you!” Shields said.
