In May of 2016, Mike Kinder and Noah Labhart, Class of 2004, set out to change the labor equation for manufacturing, distribution and the supply chain. They formed the company Veryable, and built an on demand marketplace for manufacturing labor as an operational tool for businesses to create labor pools, enable higher productivity and reduce administrative burdens. The tool allows for workers to make their own schedule, find work when they need it and get paid daily.
In a little over a year, they have taken the company from pilot in DFW, to expanding into 4 TX markets (Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Central TX and West TX) and 4 new state markets (Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas and Georgia). If you have a mfg. business, DC, Warehouse or supply chain operation, reach out and sign up today to start building your on demand labor pool today!
