After securing your room reservation, please complete the Reunion Registration online or by mailing the form (will be attached soon) at the top of this webpage to The Association of Former Students, PO Box 10005, College Station, TX 77842, ATTN: 2023 '73 50 Year Reunion; FAX 979-845-9263.
If you have any questions, please contact the Class Programs team at 800-633-7514 or Class@AggieNetwork.com. Your nametags, an updated schedule of events and a list of pre-registered participants will be waiting for you at the Reunion Check-in Desk, which will open at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19 at 1 p.m. Walk-up Registration will be accepted based on availability. To ensure your admission, register before the April 5 late fee deadline. All registrations received after this date will incur a $15 late fee. Registration will close Wednesday, April 11 at 5 p.m.
Cancellation Policy
The Association of Former Students has a fairly flexible cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your Reunion or an event for which you have registered, please contact the Class Programs Team at 800-633-7514 no later than 5 p.m. on April 11. Your payment will be refunded with the exception of the registration fee. Registration changes after the April 11 deadline cannot be refunded as food orders will have been guaranteed.

Important Muster Information
Parking at Reed Arena for Aggie Muster
We encourage you to ride the bus from the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center to and from Aggie Muster as guests on the bus will enter on the ground level and walk directly to seats in the reserved section of Reed Arena. However, if you will not be riding the bus to Muster, we suggest you arrive at Reed Arena very early to find parking in the surrounding Lot 100. If you do not ride the bus or have guests meeting you at the ceremony, please let the staff at the check-in table know so that nametags can be made for your guests (at no additional charge), which will allow you access to the reserved section of seating.
Transportation
Provided Bus Transportation (Friday only)
Bus transportation will be provided from the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center Friday for the Flag Raising Ceremony and Aggie Muster in Reed Arena. For each event, buses will load outside the main entrance of the hotel. Association representatives will be there to assist with loading and unloading of buses at each stop.
Parking for the Music Activities Center
Hourly paid parking for the Music Activities Center is available in the Association’s parking lot or University Center Garage (UCG). Additionally, the Music Activities Center is just under one mile from the hotel if you prefer to walk. You may also take the campus bus, Route 1 (Bonfire), which has stops near the hotel and the Music Activities Center. For more information on this bus route visit tx.ag/Route1Bonfire.
General Campus Visitor Parking Information
