Bio

Kevin graduated from Texas A&M in 1979 with a BBA in Finance.  He was commissioned into the Army as a Finance Officer where he served for 26-years, enjoying 4 command opportunities, culminating in a Strategic Finance Command position in the Pentagon, from which he retired in 2005.  Following a 3 year consulting position with Deloitte & Touché, Kevin returned to Texas to serve in City Management.  His desire is to serve his Nation, Community, and Church through the remainder of his life.  He is married to Mary (LeQuire) Troller. They have 2 wonderful children, Alyse and Adam; and 4 grandsons.
