Ben Fisher serves as the College Minister at Central Church and Director of The Salt Company at Texas A&M University. The Salt Company is the college ministry of Central Church and part of the Salt Network, a nationwide family of churches committed to reaching college students and raising up lifelong disciple-makers. A member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2024 from College Station, Ben graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, Pre-Law. He previously served as the Coordinator of Campus Programs at The Association of Former Students, where he supported student leaders, launched and advised the 1879 Society Ambassador Program, trained Class Agent teams, and helped execute impactful events for Aggies like Aggie Ring Day. He stays connected to the noble mission of The Association through his role as a 2024 Class Agent and Board Member for the SGA Former Student Network. During his time at Texas A&M, Ben was involved across campus, in the Student Government Association, MSC Board of Directors, Fish Aides, MSC Abbott Family Leadership Conference, Aggie Nations, Class Councils as Freshmen and Senior Class President and was a recipient of the Buck Weirus Spirit Award. Now, Ben is leading the launch of The Salt Company at Texas A&M, building a ministry designed to help students come to know and love Jesus, find authentic community, grow through intentional discipleship, and live on mission. His passion is to see students not just grow during their 4 years in college, but be equipped to follow Jesus and make disciples for the next 40 years.
