Natalie C. (Cobb) Koehler Denbow '99

Natalie Cobb Koehler is a 1999 graduate of Texas A&M University and a 2002 graduate of South Texas College of Law. Since 2009, she has served as the elected Bosque County Attorney. While at A&M, Natalie served as a Student Senator and as Chief Justice of the Judicial Court. She was an Aggie Hostess, in Aggie Fish Club, Vice Chair of Abbott Family Leadership Conference and was a member of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Student Council. She was a recipient of the Buck Weirus Spirit Award as a freshman. During law school Natalie was a member of the South Texas Law Review and received accolades in the nationally recognized Moot Court program for Top Speaker, Top Team, and best brief. Before graduation, she was named Outstanding Female Graduate and in 2012 she was awarded Young Alumni of the Year. Natalie has been very involved in the State Bar of Texas, serving as the president of the Texas Young Lawyers Association. She is an alumni of the Texas Lyceum and a former Executive Committee member. She currently serves on the Texas District and County Attorney’s Association Board and Governor Greg Abbott appointed her to the Texas Farm and Ranch Conservation Council. Natalie is the founder and creator of “Spirit: Christian Girls’ Retreat”, a conference that helps teen girls develop leadership skills, self-confidence and battle online bullying. In her spare time Natalie enjoys traveling, cooking and volunteering. She is proud to be very involved in her children’s activities, especially helping them show their horses and livestock. She lives on the family ranch with her children and her husband, Blake, in Cranfills Gap. They are members of the First Baptist Church.
