Joshua D. "Josh" Pearce '06, 24, of Missouri City (formerly of Houston) died Oct. 22, 2008. He was a graduate student in electrical engineering at Texas A&M at the time of his death. Survivors include his parents; two brothers, including Jeremiah G. Pearce '00; paternal grandfather; and grandmothers.

March 29, 1984 - October 22, 2008

Funeral services for Joshua David Pearce, 24, of Missouri City, will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, October 26, 2008 at Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Chapel in Rosenberg. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg.
Visitation will be held from 1:30 PM until service time at 3:00 PM, Sunday, October 26, 2008 at Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Chapel in Rosenberg.
Joshua was born March 29, 1984 in Houston, Texas to Donald Glen Pearce and Alice Naylor Pearce. He was a student at Texas A&M University in College Station. Josh was quiet, strong, thoughtful, steadfast, hardworking, a joy to family and friends. He was true blue to the core.
Joshua is preceded in death by his grandfather, Alva Wilson Naylor.
He is survived by his parents, Donald and Alice Pearce; brothers, Jeremiah Glen Pearce and wife, Nancy Elizabeth and Jason Robert Pearce; grandparents, Katherine May Naylor and Glen and Opal Marie Pearce; soon to be nephew, Caleb Joshua Pearce; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends who all loved him.
For those wishing, donations may be made in memory of Joshua to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 570127, Houston, TX, 77457.
