FORT WORTH -- Jack C. Mathews, 84, passed away Thursday, Dec. 24, 2015.
Service: 3 p.m. Monday at Laurel Land Chapel of Chimes with visitation at 2 p.m.
Jack was born Sept. 24, 1931, in Sweetwater, TX. He was a graduate of Texas A & M University. Jack married then worked and lived in Fort Worth, TX with his wife and family of 61 years.
Survivors: Wife, Loma; five children; and a host of grand and great-grandchildren.
