Kevin Colby Sebesta
Kevin Colby Sebesta, passed away at his parents’ ranch located near Normangee, Texas, Friday, Sept. 4, 2015. He was born to Alton R. and Linda P. Sebesta on October 6, 1969 in Houston, Texas. Colby then served his country in the United States Army. While in
the military, he participated in the 1989 military invasion of Panama, (Operation Just Cause). After his service in the military, Colby attended and graduated from Texas A & M University, College Station, Texas. He began his career as a home builder with Pulte
Homes in Houston, Texas. From there, he continued with a new career in logistics, working for Noble Logistics, in Houston. For the last six years, he honored his parents by living and working on his family’s ranch, serving in many capacities. He cared for
the cattle operation, the ranch, and all the daily activities of ranch life, with total devotion. Using his background in home building, he designed, rebuilt and remodeled his family’s home. Colby especially loved feeding the animals; birds, squirrels, rabbits,
coyotes and deer. His life was cut short, he will be deeply missed, and forever in our hearts. He is now at home with our Lord and Savior.
Colby is survived by his parents Alton and Linda Sebesta of Normangee, Texas; his sister Melissa Sebesta of Tucson, Arizona; his brother-in-law David Felkner of Tucson, Arizona; his niece Jordyn Felkner of Tucson, Arizona, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, great
aunts and great uncles.
Visitation will be at the Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas(www.madisonvillefuneralhome.com), 6:00-8:00 pm., Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2015. The Funeral Mass will be at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Danbury, Texas, at 10:00 am., Thursday, Sept. 10,
2015. Burial will be on the Sebesta Ranch, near Normangee, Texas, 4:00 pm., Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015.
Pallbearers: Clint Peltier, Chase Peltier, Mitchell Peltier IV, Josh Sebesta, Logan Sebesta and Clint Sebesta.
