Philip Orr Jr.
Orr, Jr. , Philip Meneese Philip Meneese Orr, Jr. was born August 22, 1932 in Sulligent, Alabama and passed away April 17, 2013 in Longview, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Philip M. Orr, Sr. and Helen Hill Orr and his wife, Martiele May Orr.
Philip is survived by his sisters, Adeline Byford and Husband Ray of Decatur Alabama and Frances Orr of Lexington, KY; his children, Charles M. Orr his wife, Juli, and 6 children Hannah, Chaney, Sophie, Olivia, Meredith and Brooklynn of Longview, TX; Meneese
Wall her husband Steve and daughter Coco of Santa Fe, NM; Christie Lou Orr of Dallas, TX; and Clayton P. Orr his children Madeline and Philip of Spring, TX. Philip grew up in Alabama, attended Texas A&M University graduating in 1954, married Martiele May in
1957, and began work at Bell Helicopter later becoming a real estate agent until retirement. He was a dedicated, loving man who cherished his wife, children and family. A sense of humor born from his Aggie days that touched all he came in contact with. A devoted
Christian with a giving heart as a husband, father and role model. He will be missed but know that he is smiling being with the love of his life. We love you!! Family will receive friends on Sunday, April 21, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Sparkman/Hillcrest
