Richard "Bill" GOLDSTON
GOLDSTON, Richard "Bill" age 68, of Pinellas Park, passed away at Shands Hospital Feb. 24, 2013, after an extended illness. He was born on May 4, 1944 in Alanreed, TX. Bill earned his DVM degree from Texas A&M in 1967 and his Master of Science degree from the University of Georgia. He moved to St. Petersburg in 1972 to practice at Skyway Animal Hospital. He opened Parkview Animal Hospital in 2001, where he practiced until his retirement in Sept. 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucy and Laverne; and brother, Jerry. He is survived by his wife, Sharon; and daughter, Lesley, of St. Petersburg; & his siblings, Fred, Jim, and Homer Goldston and Sharon Wilson, of Texas. His Service will be held Saturday, March 2nd, at the Northside Baptist Church, 6000 38th Ave North, at 11 am.
