Thomas N. Pamplin, 96, recently of Round Rock, Texas, (formerly of Atlanta and Miami) died June 10, 2011. He graduated in 1941 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was born in Van Zandt County, Texas. He was a member of the Corps of Cadets. His first and only job was as a Flight Engineer with Pan American World Airways from 1941 to 1974. During the early years he flew troops and supplies for the U.S. Air Force. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and a faithful friend. A. life long avid Texas Aggie supporter. Survivors include one daughter, one son and one grandson.
