Michael Bernard DeNisio
Michael Bernard DeNisio was born April 1, 1966 in Landstuhl Germany to Carl B. (Bernie) and Carolin DeNisio. He died suddenly on February 24, 2011 in Lakeway, TX.

Michael was a well-traveled Air Force "brat" who graduated in 1984 from Tom C. Clark High School, where he was a varsity swimmer and All-American water polo goalie. Michael was awarded an athletic scholarship in swimming to Texas A&M, and graduated in 1989 with a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering. Following graduation Michael embarked on a very successful career with HEB Grocery Company. Michael went on to attend the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, where he attained certification in Food Industry Management. At the time of his death, Michael was Director of Logistics for HEB and also served as the HEB liaison with the Texas Department of Emergency Management.

Michael was married to the former Virginia V. Johnson on August 10, 1996, and two adorable future Aggies were born to that union: Sydney Angeline and Cortland Bernard. Michael was a lifelong practicing Catholic and currently a parishioner at Emmaus Catholic Parish in Lakeway, TX.

Michael is survived by his wife and children; his parents; his sisters Sheryl DeNisio and husband David Tamuty, and Susan DeNisio and husband Dan Pollard; and his nephew Andrew Tamuty of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law Tommy and wife Tami Johnson, and Alan Johnson; and his sister-in-law Lara and husband Barry Brin; and nieces and nephews Davis and Ashley Brin, and Cooper and Audrey Johnson. Also left to mourn his passing are his grandmother, aunts, uncles and cousins of the DeNisio/Antenucci families; and the Johnson/Gonzalez families; and his many friends.

Michael was dedicated and loyal, loving beyond words and a true friend. We are comforted by the knowledge that he now rests in Jesus' arms. The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:30 P.M. on Tuesday, March 1, 2011, in the Main Sanctuary of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 20523 Huebner Rd., San Antonio, TX.
