Brittney Lynn Smith, age 23, of Queen City, TX died Friday, December 10, 2010 in a local hospital.
Ms. Smith was born August 15, 1987 in Atlanta, TX. She was a student at Texas A & M University, Texarkana and a member of Buchanan First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her mother, Sonya Lynn Jones Smith of Queen City, TX; her father and stepmother, Terry and Jean Marie Smith of Simms, TX; her grandparents, Cecil and Beverly Jones of Queen City, TX, Billy and Margie Bates of Mt. Pleasant, TX, Melton and Linda Smith of Dierks, AR and Mary Ann Holtz of Texarkana, TX; her great-grandmother, Jewell Henderson of Clarksville, TX; her fiancé, Donald Eason, Jr. of Texarkana, TX and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 14, 2010 in the Chapel at Chapelwood Funeral Home in Nash, TX with Rev. Don Brazile officiating. Burial will follow in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens under the direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday, December 13, 2010 at the funeral home.
