OBIT--Charles Kyle Killough, 44, of Austin, TX died Tuesday morning Nov 1, 1977 in an Austin hospital after a short illness. His widow, Mrs. Halita Kay Hartrick Killough of Austin, is a former Temple resident.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday Nov. 3, 1977 in Weed-Corley Funeral Home in Austin. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Wilson Valley Cemetery in Little River, TX.
Mr. Killough was born in Stringtown, TX. He was employed with the Texas Special Education Agency and was director of the Texas Education Renewal Center and the Texas Education Improvement System in Austin. He was a Methodist.
Survivors are his widow, of Austin; sons, Kirk Killough, Kip Killough and Ken Killough, all of Austin; his parents, Charles F. & Norma L. Killough of Huntsville, TX; brothers, Don Killough of Austin, L.M. Killough of Houston, TX and Clarence Killough of Detroit
and Scott Killough of Huntsville; and sister, Theresa Killough of Huntsville.
Harper-Talasek Funeral Home is in charge of Temple arrangements
