Chad Beck Joins Cushman & Wakefield Office Tenant Representation Group

HOUSTON – Cushman & Wakefield, the world's largest privately-held commercial real estate services firm, today announced Chad Beck joined the company's Houston office as Senior Director specializing in office tenant representation. He brings almost 20 years of experience developing and creating an innovative and strategic approach for the relocation, renewal, expansion or disposition of clients real estate needs. He was previously the Senior Vice President for the tenant representation group at JLL.
“Chad has a great reputation throughout the Houston market and we are thrilled that he decided to join our team,” said Tim Relyea, executive vice chairman, C&W Houston. “Chad brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that will help us in providing the most creative and innovative services for our clients,” said Scott Wegmann, vice chairman, C&W Houston.

Mr. Beck is a native Houstonian. He earned a bachelor of science degree from Texas A&M University.
