Roll Call Tribute

John D. Garner '61, 67, of Pasadena (formerly of Livingston) died September 20, 2006. He worked at Municipal Engineering Company before purchasing the company in 1967 and serving as president for more than 35 years. He served as president of Ryan Civil Engineering in Alvin since 2002. He was a registered surveyor, a civil engineer, real estate broker and pilot. He was a yell leader and treasurer of the Civilian Sutdent Council at Texas A&M. Survivors include his wife, Linda; two daughters; three grandchildren; and a brother.
