Roll Call Tribute

William H. 'Bill' Lane '47, 83, of Carlsbad, Calif. (formerly of Beaumont), died June 25, 2009. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and the Korean War. He was a salesman, and later was president and CEO of Big River Industries in Erwinville, La., a lightweight aggregate company. Survivors include his wife, Barbara; a son; two daughters; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
