Timothy "T. C." Sadler '79 March 26, 2026 2:43 PM updated: March 26, 2026 2:53 PM

Timothy Charles "T. C." Sadler

July 8, 1953 - December 22, 2025

Timothy Charles "TC" Sadler, of Bryan, Texas, passed away peacefully December 22, 2025, surrounded by family. Born in Houston, Texas, on July 8, 1953, TC lived a life marked by quiet strength, resourcefulness, and deep devotion to those he loved.

TC married the love of his life, Renee Claire Sadler, on June 24, 1977. Soon after marriage, he lovingly adopted Renee's son, Kyle, and together they welcomed two daughters, Nicole and Monique, building a home rooted in commitment, resilience, and love.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Mary Francis "Suki" Sadler and Charles "Charlie" Sadler. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Renee Sadler; his children Kyle Sadler (Denise), Nicole McEnerney (Sean), and Monique Jarzombek (Vincent); his grandchildren Molly, Caleb, and Caspin McEnerney; Isabel, Peyton, and Landon Jarzombek; and Kyli and Zoe Sadler; and his sisters Charlene Sadler and Cynthia Sadler, both of Dayton, Texas.

TC was known for his love of reading, learning, gardening, cooking, and playing cards-especially Texas Hold 'em. He enjoyed collecting stamps, watching sailboats, and traveling with Renee, particularly on cruises they shared together. Though modest in means, he was endlessly resourceful and could build or fix nearly anything, always making the most of what he had.

A devoted Milam County probation officer, TC believed deeply in second chances and the power of positive guidance to change lives. He was a mentor not only to those he worked with, but to his family, leading by example through integrity, patience, and perseverance.

Above all else, TC cherished his family. He was a devoted husband, a steady and loving father, and a proud "Paw Paw" to his grandchildren, whom he adored and never stopped asking about. He will be remembered as a man who made the most of what he had-and somehow gave his family everything.

Services will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Hillier Funeral Home, Bryan, Texas.
