Amy Elaine (Robinson) Hinton
June 13, 1972 - September 25, 2025
Amy Elaine Hinton was born on June 13, 1972, in Denison, Texas, to Robert and Doloris Robinson. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Elaine earned degrees in Spanish, Japanese, and International Business, reflecting her passion for culture, language, and connection.
After marrying the love of her life, Jimmy Hinton, Elaine stepped away from a promising corporate career to pursue her greatest calling—raising their four beloved children: Lucas, Colton, Jacob, and Lillie. She poured her heart into her family, creating a home filled with love, laughter, and unwavering support. Elaine also supported Jim’s appraisal business and served as a substitute teacher for Lake Travis ISD, touching the lives of many beyond her own family.
Elaine passed away suddenly on September 25, 2025, while traveling to cheer on her daughter Lillie at a college volleyball match—doing what she loved most: supporting her children.
Elaine now rests in the arms of her Lord and Savior. She is survived by her devoted husband, Jim Hinton; her children, Lucas, Colton, Jacob, and Lillie; her parents, Robert and Doloris Robinson; her brother and sister-in-law, David and Mandye Robinson; and her sister and brother-in-law, Laura and Sean Keon.
“Aunt Lainey” will be deeply missed by her 10 nieces and nephews, as well as 10 great-nieces and great-nephews, all of whom were touched by her warmth, joy, and unwavering encouragement.
Elaine’s legacy lives on in the lives she shaped, the love she gave, and the family she treasured above all else.
