Aggie Ring repairs and resizing via The Association temporarily paused. See full details
The Association of Former Students July 30, 2025 11:38 AM updated: July 31, 2025 12:23 PM
As the Aggie Ring Program transitions to a new Ring order system, The Association of Former Students must temporarily pause its service of shipping Aggie Rings in need of repair/resizing to Balfour. This pause, which will begin on Aug. 1, 2025, will allow the Aggie Ring Program adequate time to complete the transition. Rings left with The Association prior to Aug. 1 for repair/resizing will not be affected by this pause.
During this pause, you may send your Aggie Ring directly to Balfour for repair/resizing. To do this, please use the instructions and Ring Repair Form provided here. The typical turnaround time with Balfour is 4-6 weeks.
You may choose to leave your Aggie Ring with us during this pause. It will be securely stored but, because of the transition to the new Ring order system, The Association will not be able to ship your Aggie Ring to Balfour until the transition is complete.
We do not have a firm timeline at this time for when we will be able to start processing repairs, but please note it will be at least 3 months and potentially longer for your Ring to be returned. If The Association is able to resume processing earlier than expected and forward your Aggie Ring to Balfour ahead of schedule, we will make every effort to expedite the repair and return it to you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this transition. For questions, please contact AggieRing@AggieNetwork.com.
