Lowery Blaine Pickard 

September 28, 1942 - November 17, 2023 

Lowery Blaine Pickard age 81 passed away Friday, November 17, 2023. Lowery was born on September 28, 1942, in Jasper Texas to Berniece and Vernon Pickard.

He was a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Class of 1965. In 1983 he graduated from The School of Credit and Financial Management at Dartmouth College. He spent his career in the financial industry working in Tulsa, Lufkin, and Houston. He was married to his bride of 58 years, Flo Pickard with whom he raised two sons, Todd and David.

He is survived by his wife, Flo Pickard and sons Todd and wife Karen, and David and wife Abbey. He was a proud Pawpaw and Poppy to 5 grandchildren, Marshall, Jackson, Karson, Charli and Price. Additionally, he is survived by his Brother-in-Law, Randy Baldree, wife Paula, and their children -Travis and wife Katie, Daniel and wife Anna, Joanna and husband Eddie as well as numerous great-nieces and nephews. Lowery is preceded in death by his parents.

Celebration of Life will be at 12pm on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at Darst Funeral Home, 796 Russell Palmer Rd, Kingwood, TX 77339. A Graveside service will be held at 1pm on Sunday, November 26, 2023 at Zavalla Cemetery, County Rd 357, Zavalla, Tx 75980.
