Thanks to the generosity of donors like you, I have been able to pursue a doctoral degree in the Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communications at Texas A&M. Receiving an academic scholarship from The Association of Former Students has allowed me to put forth the highest level of effort towards my coursework and academic research, as well as develop my own podcast, "Ag Chicks." The scholarship I received, because of your ongoing support as a Century Club member, has been instrumental in helping me achieve my dreams of obtaining a doctoral degree.

Once I earn my doctorate, I hope to stay at Texas A&M and teach a poultry science course focused on how to communicate with the modern consumer. It is because of generous donors like you that I am able to pave the way for future generations of women in agriculture.
