Porfirio Fernandez "Poppy" Diaz, age 77, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023. Porfirio was born in Houston, Texas.

Porfirio is survived by his wife, Honora Diaz; his son Porfirio Francis Xavier Diaz; his daughter Orianna Victoria Diaz; and his daughter Ariel Louise Diaz; his sister Dolores Sorola, his sister Kathrin Garcia, his sister Patricia Garza and his sister Caroline Musslewhite; his grandson Walker Diaz Armstrong and his grandson Cade Diaz Armstrong.

A rosary for Porfirio will be held Friday, November 17, 2023 at 9:30 AM at All Saints Catholic Church, 215 E 10th St, Houston, Texas 77008, followed by a memorial mass at 10:00 AM.
