Humberto Ruben Trevino 

December 12, 1976 - June 23, 2023 

Humberto Ruben Trevino, age 46, of Brownsville, Texas passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023.

He was born in Brownsville and raised in Matamoros, Tamaulipas. He attended Pace High School, he was class of '96 and was a top 5% student.

He received a Bachelor's Degree from Texas A&M University in Biomedical Science. He also earned a Public Health Certification from Harvard. He was in the Automotive Industry in Austin Tx. He loved baseball and hunting.

Humberto is survived by his father Humberto Treviño and his mother Silvia Treviño; his brother Sergio Treviño; his niece Annah Sophia Treviño.

Humberto was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Daniel Treviño †, his paternal grandmother Barbarita Villafranca †, his maternal grandfather Armindo Cortez †, and his maternal grandfather Julian Cortez †.

A visitation for Humberto will be held Sunday, June 18, 2023 from 12PM to 9PM with a prayer service at 7PM in chapel of angels at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista & Buena Vista Burial Park, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A chapel service will occur Monday, June 19, 2023 at 10AM in chapel of angels, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. Followed by a burial at 11AM at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.

Serving as pallbearers are Sergio Treviño, Jose Juan Macias, Hector Miguel Treviño Duran, Luis Manuel Treviño Duran, Abdiel Garcia, Adrian Treviño Duran and Omar Treviño Duran.
