Michael Patrick Walsh

January 20, 1991 - March 8, 2023

Michael Patrick Walsh, beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, grandson, and friend passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.

Michael was a bright, passionate and fun-loving person, whose positive personality always filled the room. As the eldest of his three brothers, he set an example as a fearless leader and loyal friend. As a devoted son, he was integral in managing his parents’ business — always responsible and dedicated. He was a sales manager for IT, solar and retail companies. As a loving grandson, he never missed an opportunity to spend time outdoors, fishing, hunting or skiing with each of his grandfathers. Michael loved the outdoors. He was an expert snow skier and water skier who spent hundreds of hours on the lakes in Austin.

Michael attended Lake Travis High School, where football and soccer were a big part of his life. He was a starting defensive end on the state championship football team. He graduated from Texas A&M University from the Mays Business School in 2013. He is survived by his parents, Patrick and Stephanie Walsh and three brothers, Alex, Joseph and Jack Walsh, all of Austin, Texas. Michael will be dearly missed by his friends and entire family.

At this time, the family is having a private, immediate family service in Aspen, Colorado.
