Anyone with an AggieNetwork.com login can create short custom links using The Association’s tx.ag shortener. This is a free service thanks to Association donors; it was built by The Association's web team!
Once you create a tx.ag link, you'll be the only person who can edit that link. Therefore, it's generally a good practice to make your link short but specific: tx.ag/PecosMuster2021, for example, instead of tx.ag/Muster (which is already taken).
Steps:
For example, say that sometime in the past, another volunteer created tx.ag/PecosMuster, and it links to your group's 2017 Muster information. Only that person can edit tx.ag/PecosMuster to point it to your current information. This is why in most cases we suggest using something specific to the year and event (but still short).
