Association Tops 2019 Annual Fund Goal

Through the generous support of donors, The Association of Former Students exceeded its 2019 Annual Fund goal for a record year in both donors and dollars.

The Association raised $10,879,517 from 60,730 donors, surpassing the year’s goal of $10.65 million and just short of its donor goal of 61,000. Striving for more, the goal for 2020
is $10.9 million from 62,000 donors to help more Aggies help Aggies.

“Every gift, whether it is $100 or $1,000, makes a difference in the lives of thousands of students,” said Allison Seibert ’11, director of annual giving. “Thank you for your commitment to upholding traditions, perpetuating the Aggie Spirit and ensuring Aggies are supported in times of need.”

2019’s fundraising success would not have been possible without the tremendous support from the Aggie Network on Pass It Back Day, The Association’s annual day of giving. The goal for Pass It Back Day 2019 was to reach gifts from 1,876 donors: a number selected in honor
of the year that Texas A&M opened its doors. The final tally showed that dedicated Aggies more than doubled that goal, making 4,205 gifts totaling $415,804.43 for the benefit of Aggies everywhere. See more results here.

For 2020, The Association has laid out a bold vision to engage 100,000 donors annually for
Texas A&M by the end of this year. Find out how you can help here.
