Scott Keith '91 and Michael Wolfe '79 Honored by CommScope as an Innovators in Action

Scott Keith, who earned a mechanical engineering degree from Texas A&M in 1991, was honored by CommScope during the company’s 2018 Innovators in Action Summit celebrating the imaginative solutions, ideas and processes that are moving CommScope to the next level.

Keith was one of more than 100 global employees recognized for their creative work and ideas that bring innovation to the wired and wireless industries the company serves. His pioneering spirit, inventiveness, and passion to deliver innovative technical solutions continue to be at the heart of CommScope.

These special awards were announced and presented during the Summit in Charlotte, N.C. during an awards dinner and ceremony on Feb. 8, 2018. The evening also included recognition of more than 50 team members from 36 award-winning engineering and technology projects from 2017 that demonstrate the company’s best agility, breakthrough, cost reduction, and customer impact innovations.

Our Innovators in Action program provides the mechanism to identify ideas that are making a difference, and for those who created these ideas to be recognized. We are proud to honor Keith for his dedication to innovation.
