Time for Design - Natalie Zachary

Natalie Zachary '15 is busy in Dallas, TX helping design watches for some of the most famous designers in the world. 

"After graduating with a marketing degree in 2015, I was welcomed to the world of fashion watches as a marketing coordinator at Fossil’s World Headquarters in Dallas. Throughout my career at the company, I have managed the marketing of many licensed fashion brands such as Michael Kors, kate spade new york, Armani, adidas, DIESEL, Michele, and Tory Burch to name a few. Currently, I am the Global Marketing Specialist on kate spade new york watches where I partner with our designers, photographers, social influencers, and kate spade HQ to develop strategic marketing plans and advertising campaigns to grow our international watch business. There's excitement every day as you get to see designs and concepts come to life and eventually see your product in stores and accessorizing wrists around the world. Most recently at New York Fashion Week I worked with kate spade's stylists to showcase our first smartwatch in the fashion show, gaining huge global press. In tandem with our celebrity campaign, the watch went on to sell out worldwide which was an incredibly rewarding experience. Overall, by being immersed in the creative culture and opportunities at Fossil Group, my love for marketing has grown and granted me exposure in the industry like I had never imagined. I can easily thank Texas A&M and Mays Business School for equipping me with the skills to succeed in my professional career today and into the future."
