On Sunday morning April 2, due to a heart attack. He is survived by his two sons, three grandchildren and three sisters and his brother, and all their children and a large extended family. Born in West Virginia. He was a graduate of Texas A&M, West Virginia
Tech, the Army Signal School and Clearfork High School. He held a master's degree in Industrial Engineering and had a distinguished career in government service for more than forty years. He learned to fly in the Army and was a lifelong pilot. The family will
