Jeffrey Diehl, '96, named as Area Vice President for Southeast Region Global Client Services within Verizon Enterprise Services.
Jeffrey and his team have responsibility for all transition, transformation, service delivery, ongoing operations, customer service and financial management activities for customers in Verizon’s Financial Vertical. Jeff and his team serve as the overall
service leaders responsible for meeting all client needs related to contract execution.
Prior to joining Verizon, he was with IBM Global Services, as Program Executive with operations in 70 countries supporting data, voice, and video services. He is proficient in leveraging cross-organizational resources, people, and strategic partners to ensure
milestones are met, maximizing operational performance, and meeting customer demands.
He holds a B.S. in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, an M.B.A. from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, a Masters in Program Management from George Washington University, as well as Project Management Professional
(PMP) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Intermediate certifications. Jeffrey is based in Franklin, TN (Nashville Metro Area) with his wife, daughter and son.
