Andrew Nelson '92 elected mayor of Bryan

Voters in Bryan have elected Andrew Nelson, a businessman and first-time candidate for political office, as its next mayor.

Nelson is the CEO and co-founder of a software company. He's a long-time local resident and a graduate of Texas A&M University and King's College in London, England.

Nelson has served on the Bryan Business Council and the board of the Research Valley Innovation Center as part of his work.
