Come by and visit The Association of Former Students while you're on campus Saturday! Grab a seat and watch some football before the Ags kick off -- and if you don't have a ticket to Kyle, stay to watch the game! There's no admission charge, and food and drink, including alcohol, will be for sale (cash/credit cards accepted).
It's a great location (map) for your Gameday home base: Kids' Yell and the football team's entrance into the football complex happen right outside. Stroll north on Houston Street, between the stadium and Spence Park, to sightsee; many Aggie tailgates will be cooking in the park, and Parsons' Mounted Cavalry lets its horses graze near the park's north end before the Corps march-in, which comes right down the same street.
Gameday schedule and special events for Saturday, Sept. 3, 2016:
Don't forget you'll need to follow the new clear bag guidelines if you're going into Kyle Field: www.12thman.com/beclear
Parking isn't available at the Alumni Center on Gameday, but once you get here there's no shortage of free things to do: Take pictures on the Haynes Ring Plaza with the world’s largest Aggie Ring; pick up a new Association decal for your car; view 128 years of Aggie Rings and make a video clip of yourself leading a yell! You can update your Century Club membership and even drop off your Aggie Ring to be resized.
