A&M v UCLA - 2016 Kickoff Party!

Howdy Kentuckiana Aggies! Who is ready for some Aggie football?

The season starts on Saturday, September 3rd, as our FIghtin' Texas Aggies host UCLA in a nationally televised game on CBS. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30pm EST. We will have our kickoff watch party at the home of Jeffrey and Kristin Worthen.

FOOD
We will be grilling out hamburgers and hotdogs, and will need some volunteers to bring some sides (chips, potato salad, veggie tray, etc). Also, it wouldn't be an Aggie watch party without Shiner Bock beer and Blue Bell ice cream, so we'll have plenty of that too.

THE GAME
Kickoff is at 3:30pm EST, but we'll have football on starting at noon, so if you want to "tailgate" with us, feel free to come over early! We have a 46" flat screen HDTV in the living room on the main floor, and an HD projector in the basement that throws a 120" picture on the wall with surround sound...it's not like being at Kyle Field, but it's a nice substitute.

KIDS
Bring 'em! We have a big playroom upstairs, and if it's nice weather outside, we have a playset in the backyard. If enough people RSVP with kiddos, we can talk about hiring a babysitter to help keep them entertained during the game.
