Sandra Lee Secor
Sandra Lee Secor, much loved sister, passed away on February 19, 2016. She was born in Houston on August 23, 1958. Sandy grew up in Houston, graduating from Memorial High School and receiving a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology/Chemistry from Texas A&M in
1980. She had recently retired from Momentive Specialty Chemicals where she was a Technical Associate, Analytical Chemistry. She worked for Shell Oil/Momentive for 25 years, and UT Medical School for 7 years.
Sandy will be remembered for her great generosity and love for her family and friends, neighbors and her beloved dog, Xena. She was always ready to lend a helping hand.
Sandy was the youngest of four children. She is pre deceased by her parents Leanora and Albert Secor. She is survived by her brothers, John Secor, MD and wife Sandy; Albert Secor and wife Lari; and Mike Secor (’79) and wife Karen and by nieces and nephews,
Trey and Nicole Secor; James and Christie Secor; Travis Secor; Taylor Secor; Sarah and Andrew MacElroy; Vanessa Secor; Mitchell Secor; Peyton Secor and 2 great nieces and a great nephew.
