Patricia (Pat) Colvin Frazier flew from here to be with her Savior on September 9th, 2015 after whooping cancer for 10 years. She was born on April 4th, 1956 to Harold M. and Nadine Randall Colvin. Pat attended Trinidad ISD, graduating Salutatorian in 1974. She continued her studies at Texas A&M University where she earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in History, Class of 1977. She married Thomas E. Frazier on March 10, 1979. Pat spent the first years of her married life in La Grange, Fairfield, and then moved to Eustace in 1984. Pat served her Lord everywhere she lived. She enjoyed working with children and had a soft spot for the downtrodden and underprivileged. She made sure they knew their lives mattered and that they were capable of greatness.
Pat did not let her illness define her. She owned it. After being diagnosed with Stage IV breast cancer, she returned to school where she earned her Master's degree and obtained her teaching certificate. She was an encourager and motivator. She was not a shy or timid woman, and she lived out her convictions. She was not a boastful woman; she knew that all life's blessings afforded her were by the Grace of God and she gave God the credit.
Pat is preceded in death by her grandparents and in-laws. She is survived by her husband Thomas, children James Thomas, Daniel Marcus, and Lynde Renee' Frazier, her parents, brother and wife, sister-in-law and husband, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
