DR. BILLY JACK SEALEY, SR.
Dr. Billy Jack Sealey, Sr., 87, passed away Friday, June 26, 2015 in Lubbock, Texas. He was born to the late, Jim Graham and Sara Bridges Sealey in Breckenridge, Texas on Saturday, April 14, 1928. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He married the love of his life, Christell Jeanine Dunaway on December 27, 1955 at the First United Methodist Church of San Angelo, Texas. Billy served the Deer Park community for 27 years with his family medical practice as well as through other areas such as the volunteer fire department and city health services, to name a few. He enjoyed singing whenever he could. Billy will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Christell Sealey; son and daughter-in-law, Billy Jack, Jr. and Leslie Sealey; daughter and son-in-law, David and Michele Sealey Jeter; grandchildren, Cole Adams and Emma Adams; cousins, Frances Sentell and Douglas Boswell; as well as a host of friends.
A memorial celebration will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, July 26, 2015 in the First United Methodist Church of San Angelo. Rev. Sam Hunnicutt will officiate. Family and friends may share photos and sign the online guestbook at www.johnsons-funeralhome.com .
